For such a sensationalized title, I’d expect a little more insight into the connection between the war on the other side of the globe and the housing industry here. Not denying their connection, but this was not EPBs best work…

Iran War was mentioned, as was inflation, oil prices and mortgage rates.
There’s been a direct correlation between the war, oil prices, inflation fears and the increase in interest rates that I felt was sturdy enough to not mention “Iran” several times. I assumed the connection to inflation and oil prices was well established.
I’ll try to overperform on the next one to make up for it.
